Gender & Youth

Globally, developed and developing countries stand to gain by supporting gender equity. A 2014 report by McKinsey calculates that if men and women were to play identical roles in the labor markets, global GDP would increase by 26 percent by 2025. What would that would mean for the coffee sector? How can we create a value chain that eliminates gender inequalities and creates benefits for all those involved? What would it take to catalyze action around gender equity?
